If You Are Denied
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. DO NOT GIVE UP!
Most people are initially denied. Anywhere from 60 – 70 percent of those who apply for the first time are denied. Applying for Social Security Disability Insurance can be a long, difficult process, but that’s why we’re here to help you with the process.
First, our team will help you with the initial claim for disability benefits. Second, if you are denied then we will submit an appeal on your behalf. Next, we’ll request a judicial hearing and accompany you before the judge to advocate on your behalf. Most judicial hearings will receive the judge’s approval, but some are denied. If we disagree with the judge’s decision, we submit an appeal to the Appeals Council. If you are denied once again, we request a case review by a Federal District Court.
The appeals process can be lengthy, but the key is to not give up! We will be with you every step of the way.
