Put simply: no upfront costs, and no fee unless you win.

How much will our help cost?  It’s the most common question we’re asked.  We understand that money can be tight when you are no longer able to work.

There are absolutely no upfront costs for our help.  Our policy is that we only get paid if you win your case.  This means that if your claim is not approved, we do not get any fees on your claim.

Here’s how it works:

• Once we succeed at getting your benefits approved, we will receive a one-time fee that equals 25% of the past-due benefits you are awarded, up to a maximum of $6,000
• ALL of your future monthly payments are entirely yours— we will not take anything from your monthly benefits
• Remember, if no past-due benefits are awarded, the attorney will not receive a fee
