I feel they are fraudulent and trying to take advantage of disabled people to try and get part of their money when approved from social security. If this is not resolved I will take legal action against them they have no right to do that to disable people they think because people are disabled they're not gonna follow through they're wrongread more

Although I am still waiting for my case to be finished, I agree wholeheartedly with what Karen said about Ms Morgan.... She walked me through every step and does not hesitate to call you if you send her an email with a question. I can't imagine how heavy and difficult their work load is since the pandemic came into our lives. One of the BIG Advertised firms told me they couldn't represent me if I appealed my case after they waited until the day of my hearing to admend some of my paperwork.Their loss!! I have dealt with another company prior which I was denied on 2nd appeal because I had to go back to work financial... reasons (I spoke with SSA judge). But that work situation didn't last long. So now I have gone with Crest. They fill out the application which is correct most people fill it out incorrectly and get denied. So I filled out the documents SSA required me to fill out. SSA sent me documents requiring to fill out in ink. I was denied the first time. Which is normal 60-70% get 1st time denial. Now unto appeal. I will say this that the SSA judge (that denied me the first time) seemed disappointed that I was not represented by a SSDI attorney firm. So representation I feel is necessary especially if your in the appeals process.read more

I'm very very disappointed.. I've worked my own case.. I've attempted so many phone calls since 2020..emails change of... hands with case managers.. Nobody have taken the time to hold a conversation with me. I have a brain disorder called chiari malformation where my brain sits on my brain stem by the grace of God multiple phone calls and follow up on my OWN giving updates myself to this company it took until 2022 to get somewhere.. A positive outcome came in the in I gave a call to the office to share the news for someone to call and all they did was take their money.. I DO NOT recommend this company to help you with your social security! They don’t return phone calls, emails or do... any of the work needed to get your case approved. I DID everything as far as getting all records from my doctors, filling out paperwork for social security, I worked directly with social security because this company would do absolutely NOTHING!I had numerous calls into them which were ignored even at the end and I went through at least 4 case managers because they all quit.When my case was determined, they sure didn’t have a problem taking the 25% from me for doing absolutely NOTHING!!It’s funny how they only comment back to the people that actually give them a good review. Poor communication from Crest! I had an easier time dealing with the State that with Crest. All they were good at was... to email that SSD need to speak to me long after I’d spoken to them. Also when I was approved in my claim it took Crest 3 weeks after receiving my notice and 1st pay to notify my that it was approved. What a waste of my time with them. I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. My SO used them to get his disability and it had to go all the way up to a... hearing, which he lost. The lawyer we were assigned never mentioned my SO was diagnosed with a condition that is listed under the SSA Compassionate Allowance Program. These conditions take anywhere from 2-5 years to fully diagnose and are usually fast tracked through SSA because of this.. We sent several e-mails containing the diagnose including letters from his Neurologist, copies of the MRI and ALL the other test results. We NEVER even talked to the lawyer except for a couple of days before the hearing. During the hearing his lawyer was rude and even talked over my SO trying to answer his question.Whenever we called either had to leave a voice mail or a message with the receptionist. Most of the time we did not hear back until we would call again then maybe get a call back. Most of the time it took 3 or more times to get anyone to call us.We had to file the last appeal ourselves, received a letter that they would not continue with our case Fortunately we kept all records of the days and times we sent the e-mails containing his information. Also have all copies of the attachments sent. We sent all these to the SSA Appeal Court.read more

I think COVID slowed the process down. I didn't have much interaction with CREST SSD LLC, a few emails . They helped... with the filing of the beginning paperwork basically that was it.
